In August 2008, Apostle Paul Kamba founded Destiny Midwives Christian Church (DMCC) which was birthed after 38 days of continuous fasting and prayer. On the 38th day of no food and only a glass of warm water in the evening, the LORD, in a vision, instructed our man of God, Apostle Paul- “GO, AND DELIVER THE DESTINIES OF MY PEOPLE!”. Hence the name Destiny Midwives. What the midwives do in the hospital labor wards, we do here spiritually.

We help you give birth to your destiny- your God ordained purpose here on earth, the reason why you were born. Destiny is not a sprint, it’s a journey that God continuous to unfold His manifest will as the chapters unfurl.

In August 2014, God spoke to His servant Apostle Paul Kamba again in a vision to create a prophetic platform- A LABOUR WARD where believers across denomination will come to push their destinies to a tangible manifestation, from the 1st to the 3rd of every month. This birthed the P.U.S.H programme, (Pray Until Something Happens). Its not a man’s ideology, its a prophetic agenda from God to fulfill the Midwives’ Mandate

He has authored four books that further dissect the vision and the mission of this great commission and are powerful spiritual weapons that equip you to manifest the highest version of yourself in every aspect of your life.

Following the passing Apostle Paul Kamba, in February 2018, Pastor Esther Kamba stepped into the leadership of Gates of Destiny Ministries and Destiny Midwives Christian Church (DMCC) during a deeply significant period in the life of the ministry.

With courage, faith and a strong commitment to the vision that had been established, she continued to lead the church and preserve the ministry’s spiritual foundation, culture of prayer and emphasis on destiny. Her leadership represented both continuity and stewardship—honouring the legacy of Apostle Paul Kamba while guiding the ministry forward into a new season.
